Benchmarks By Sector

The American Customer Satisfaction Index measures 10 economic sectors, which together represent a broad swath of the U.S. economy. Each sector-level customer satisfaction benchmark—or sector ACSI score—is the average of all industry scores within the sector, weighted by industry revenues. Sector results are aggregated to produce a measure of U.S. overall customer satisfaction or national ACSI score, which is updated quarterly on a rolling basis.
